Booking Policy - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Online Course Booking Policy (Video Conference Delivery) All courses must be booked in advance through our authorized booking system. A booking is confirmed only once full payment, or an agreed payment arrangement, has been received. Upon confirmation, participants will receive course details and access instructions by email. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Courses are delivered live via video conference. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device, required software, and a stable internet connection. Access links are provided before the course and must not be shared with unregistered individuals. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund or credit. An administrative fee of £20 will apply to all refunds. Cancellations made 1-3 days before the start date are eligible for credit. No refunds or credit are available for cancellations made fewer than 1 day (24 hours) before the course or for non-attendance. Requests to reschedule or transfer a booking must be made in writing at least 1 day (24 hours) before the course and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or transfer to an alternative course. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants. Sessions may be recorded and, along with course materials, are provided for the personal use of registered participants only. Content may not be shared, recorded, or distributed without written consent. Participants are expected to behave professionally. We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participation may involve visible audio or video. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. By booking, participants agree to this policy.
