Booking Policy - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Combat Training – Booking Policy All courses must be booked in advance. A booking is confirmed once full payment is received. If flying in to Czech Republic from abroad, we recommend waiting until you receive confirmation that the course has reached minimum enrolment before booking flights. Participants must be 21 years or older. Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented on the day of training. Failure to meet legal requirements will result in denied participation without refund. Participants are responsible to ensure they have the proper visa or permit to enter the EU. Participants must be physically and mentally fit to safely engage in live firearms training, which may involve movement and operating firearms under stress. Any medical condition, injury, or medication that could affect safety must be disclosed. We reserve the right to restrict participation or require medical clearance. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Course fees include instruction, firearms, ammunition, protective equipment, range fees, accommodation, meals, transportation from the hotel to the training facility and airport transfers upon arrival and departure. The course fees do not include travel to and from the Czech Republic. Cancellations: • More than 30 days before the course: Refund or transfer. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. • 7–30 days before the course: 50% refund or full transfer. • Less than 7 days before the course: non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Bookings may be transferred or substituted with another eligible participant at no additional cost, provided notice is received at least 7 days before the course start time. Accommodation during the course is in shared dorms. Men and Women will be assigned to separate rooms unless requested otherwise. Meals provided during the course are non-Halal and are unsuitable for Vegans. Strict adherence to firearm safety rules and instructor commands is mandatory. Unsafe behavior or impairment will result in immediate removal without refund. Live firearms training involves inherent risks, and participants may be required to sign a liability waiver. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to safety, weather, instructor availability, or low enrolment. Participants will be offered a refund or transfer. Travel costs are not covered. By completing a booking, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
